Healthy eating, consisting of real, whole, local foods (vegetables, seeds, nuts, meats, legumes and fruit) will provide your system with the nutrients needed to operate at its best. An effective fitness plan will build muscle, strengthen your heart and bones, and improve your mood and energy.Making this investment in your health will strengthen all aspects of your body and will result in a more functional, efficient, balanced lifestyle.

Alyssa is a multi-passionate person working as an actress, private chef, ISSA certified personal trainer, and fitness instructor! She is Nutritious Life certified through Keri Glassman's The Nutrition School and received her B.F.A. from Penn State University in Musical Theatre. In New York City, Alyssa trains privately and teaches fitness classes at TS Fitness. She also loves working with kids and teaches children's cooking classes at Freshmade. She does all of this while pursuing a career as an actor in theatre, tv and film. Alyssa has combined her many passions to create her own healthy cooking channel on YouTube! She teamed up with UnReel Films to produce episodes that highlight some of her favorite recipes. She is also an avid food-stagrammer on Instagram! Check her out @alyssagagarin!
